Awzan is a personal app, built and maintained by one person. If something's wrong or you have an idea, email gets a real reply — usually within a day. There's no ticketing system, no support queue, no chatbot.

Reporting a bug
If something isn't working, three things help me fix it quickly:
- What you did, step by step, leading up to the problem
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
A screenshot or short screen recording is gold if you can grab one.
Feature requests
Suggestions are always welcome — but Awzan is deliberately minimal. Features are added only when they fit the spirit of the app: focused, quiet, useful without nagging. Plenty of requested features have been intentionally left out, and you'll get a real reply explaining why if yours is one of them.

Privacy
